  • 🔒 Decision-making is closed-door and rarely explained.
  • 👀 Surveillance-style management: excessive monitoring, reporting, and control.
  • 🧱 Autonomy is a foreign word, employees are micromanaged to exhaustion.

  • Stay Professional, Not Submissive – You can stay respectful without being a pushover.
